You must be at least 18 years old to use this site, to submit our inquiry form, and to consent to receive text messages from us. By using this site or opting in to messages, you confirm that you are 18 or older.

We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18 or send text messages to them. If we learn that we have, we will delete the information and stop messaging that number.

WNY Operators Group sends text messages to people who submitted our inquiry form and checked a box consenting to be texted. There are two separate consents, and we only send the kind you agreed to:

• Informational and transactional messages: replies to your inquiry, scheduling and appointment confirmations, and reminders about a conversation we have arranged.
• Marketing and promotional messages: occasional follow-ups about selling your business and news about what we are buying.

Both boxes are optional and independent. You can check one, both, or neither. Your form submits either way, and neither is a condition of doing business with us.

Everything on this site is general information about who we are and the kinds of businesses we look at. None of it is an offer to buy any business, an offer to sell anything, or a solicitation of an offer to sell. No page here creates a binding agreement.

Any actual transaction would be governed by a separate written agreement, signed by both sides, after real conversations and real diligence.

We are operators, not your lawyer, your accountant, or your financial adviser. Nothing on this site is legal, tax, accounting, or investment advice, and you should not treat it that way. Before you sell a business, talk to your own advisers.

When you use our inquiry form, give us accurate information and only submit details you have the right to share. Do not use this site to send anything unlawful, and do not try to break, probe, or overload it.

We treat inquiries as confidential. We do not list, publish, or broadcast your business.

The text, images, and design on this site belong to us. You are welcome to read and share links to it. Do not copy it wholesale and pass it off as your own.

This site is provided as is. We do our best to keep it accurate and available, but we do not promise it will be error-free or uninterrupted, and we do not warrant that any information here fits your particular situation.

To the fullest extent the law allows, SK2Companies LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Erie County, New York.

If we change these terms, we will update the date at the top of this page. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
